I kindly ask that you do not mail returns back until you receive approval to return.

Your return must be requested, approved & back in the mail with 7 days of receiving your order.

All returns are issued as a store credit only. You can then purchase the same item in a different size or anything else Fig Leaves Boutique offers.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached.

If items are returned dirty or have smells. The refund will be refused and returned to you.

You will be responsible for return shipping.

Shoes are shipped without a box unless requested otherwise via email.

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please send an email with your name, order number, and item so Fig Leaves Boutique can correct the issue for you. We must be made aware of damaged or defective items within 7 days of receiving your order & before the item is worn or washed. Once an item has been worn or washed I can no longer replace or offer credit back on items.
